It was a great honor for our club to welcome Mr. Huang Yiyang, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Frankfurt.
His keynote on “Chinese-German Relations in Times of Geopolitical Change” offered deep insights into the evolving dynamics between our two nations and sparked a thoughtful discussion on global affairs. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to engage in such a meaningful exchange.
Huang is a distinguished diplomat. He has extensive experience in multilateral economic diplomacy and China's BRICS Sous-Sherpa. Huang played key roles in major international events, including BRICS and G20 summits and was a lead negotiator for China-EU summits. Huang holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the China Foreign Affairs University and has a keen interest in global development and economic affairs.
A heartfelt thank you to Carola Paschola for making this event possible and to Prof. Dr. Florian Drinhausen and Ashurst for their generous hospitality.
